Theres a S/W over western VA...this S/W following the flow around the ULL over the great lakes should move towards SE PA. Its as this shortwave approaches the area that will act as the trigger and storms should start to develop across South central into SE PA and then move Northeastwards...Possible time frame for storms would be after 4 PM ...
